Returns and Refunds

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you wish to return an item, it must be sent back to us in its original unused condition to the address listed in our contact page. The receipt or proof of purchase should be enclosed in the return shipment.

Returns will only be accepted if the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase and in their original unused condition. We will not honor returns that have been altered in any way or have been damaged during shipping.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it and notify you via email whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price minus shipping and handling fees, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns are NOT accepted on:

  • Items returned after 14 calendar days from the original purchase date.

  • Custom and personalized orders.

  • Items purchased on sale.
  • All holiday items are final sale.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. All return shipments are paid by the customer. We strongly recommend shipping with tracking so that if your return item gets lost, it can be tracked.


Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping information to avoid confusions and delays. If the shipping address provided is incorrect or outdated, your package will be marked as "undeliverable" by the USPS and, in most cases, it will be returned to us. In cases like this, we will be happy to work with you and resend your order but the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping expenses incurred.

Please be aware that your package may not fit in a standard postal box and your USPS carrier may leave it at your front door or porch. Weather and holidays may cause a delay with some orders, please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Damaged Items?

If your order is damaged or something is wrong, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. If we don't hear from you within this time frame, we will assume you are happy with your order and the transaction will be finalized.

Paper Items: Damaged prints during delivery will be replaced. In order to qualify for a replacement, we ask that you please email us photos of the damaged item so that we can keep that in our records. A one-time free replacement will be processed and sent out to you AFTER we receive the proof of damage.

Breakable Items: If an item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 business days and save all packaging materials. Photos of damaged/broken items will be needed when filing an insurance claim, please make sure to keep and provide proof of damage.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost packages during transit, thank you for understanding.

The shop is not responsible and will not provide replacement items for any damage caused by improper care.

Personalized Orders and Files

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable, please review your proofs carefully. We cannot offer refunds based on customer errors. If the error is ours, we will make it right for you.

IMPORTANT: All personalized files will be deleted from our system after 2 weeks. Unfortunately, if something goes wrong with your order during transit or delivery, we will not be able to reprint and resend your files after 2 weeks have passed.

In order to process your return request efficiently, please contact us first before returning an item.
